It gives children and young people space to become curious, try things out and build confidence through hands-on experience.<\/p>\n<p>The academy recognises that future capability often begins with access: access to tools, ideas, encouragement, mentors and opportunities to discover what someone enjoys making or solving.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"explainer-reading__section\">\n<h3>Learning by making<\/h3>\n<p>FutureMakers is shaped around practical experiences. Learners can explore creative thinking, design processes, technical experimentation, problem solving, collaboration and the satisfaction of taking an idea into a visible outcome.<\/p>\n<p>Making turns curiosity into confidence. It helps young people see that their observations, questions and ideas can become something useful, expressive or new.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"explainer-reading__section\">\n<h3>Holiday, weekend and career discovery experiences<\/h3>\n<p>The academy can offer holiday programmes, a weekend academy and career discovery experiences.
